📢 U.S. Shipping Update – Important Notice
Starting August 29, 2025, new U.S. customs regulations require that all international shipments entering the United States follow a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) model. This means that all import taxes, duties, and fees must be prepaid by the sender before the shipment can be delivered. Previously, these fees were often paid by the recipient upon delivery, but under the new rules, the sender (us) will now be responsible for paying them upfront.
We are currently working hard to understand the full impact of these changes, including how much the new fees will be and how best to integrate them into our pricing and shipping processes. Because of this, we are temporarily pausing all orders and shipments to the U.S. until we can ensure a smooth, transparent experience for our customers without unexpected fees or delays.
