• The end product might not be an exact replica of the digital file as certain designs do not work well in physical form. We at Figure Factories are continuing to do multiple tests to locate assets that are non-viable to be duplicated physically.
  
• Do check with us before submitting your design if you are unsure if your accessories fall under these categories:
  

(i) Big accessories

• Certain accessories such as mounts/cars/big wings etc. will require the big-accessories add-on due to their larger size. If add-on is not selected, we will remove the big accessory.

(ii) Floating accessories

• All floating assets that are disconnected from the main body will be shifted to the main avatar figure. 

(iii) Accessories with thin components

• Do note that all accessories will be thickened to a certain thickness so that they will not break easily. 

(iv) Accessories with a “see-through” outer layer will yield a different look.

• The top layer will be flattened automatically on the figurine before production. This means that the see-through outer layer will be compressed and lose its “see-through” properties. Therefore, the accessory takes on the opaque base colours of that “see-through” outer layer.

Our figurines are made from hard plastic.

Your figurine will be best as a display item. The material is hard but breakable, hence, less accommodating to constant handling. They will be splendid as a display item. Do treat them with care to prolong their lifespan. 

We have two default sizes for the figurines. Small (2 inches/5.08cm) and Big (3 inches/7.62). Do contact us if you would like to request other sizes.

Larger figurines can better capture all the assets, allowing for a more optimal physical representation of your in-game character. Do take this into consideration when choosing the size of your figurine. 

Wipe with your figurine gently with soapy water and a wet cloth.

The waiting time will take around 2 months (based on order load and other factors). Shipping can take around 8-18 days, and will be shipped via your local post office.

Our figurines are all customized artwork, hence, are non-refundable.

Do give us 48 hours/ 2 WORKING DAYS to download your avatar.  Failure to do so might result in a different design from the initial design submitted.  Failure to do so might result in the production of a different design from the initial design submitted. 

As of now, our figurines will not have movable limbs. However, it is something we are considering implementing in the future.

Some accessories might cause your figurine to be unbalanced in its physical form. To counter this, we suggest using double-sided tape to secure your figurine upright. Figurines with Korblox will not be able to stand by itself. 

• Redemption: Customers can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. Gift card codes aren't case sensitive. If the balance on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, the customer can complete the order. If the balance is less, they will need to choose an additional payment method for the remaining amount.

• Balance and Usage: The balance on a gift card can be used across multiple orders as long as there is a remaining balance. Gift cards can be used together with discount codes, and multiple gift cards can be used on a single order.

• Currency: Gift card values are set in the currency of our store, and they can be redeemed in the customer's local currency.
