Domestic and International Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All custom Roblox figurine and collectible Roblox toy figure orders will require around 3 weeks or more processing time before they are ready for shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Order Cancellation Rights
Custom Roblox Avatar figurines are custom-made to your specific avatar design, hence your order cannot be cancelled, refunded, and/or credited for another product purchase after we have received your order
Conditions for Returns
As our products are custom-made to your specific avatar design, your order cannot be returned/exchanged.
